A document prepared by the Managing Agent of a syndicate for the underwriting members participating therein comprising (a) the underwriting accounts; (b) a balance sheet; (c) a seven-year summary; (d) a disclosure of interests statement; and (e) such other information as is necessary for a proper understanding of the annual report ( e.g. a statement of accounting policies), as defined in the syndicate accounting rules.
